  • A shorter ticket purchasing process when sales officially begin.
  • You’ll receive personal information about ticket purchasing conditions.
  • You’ll receive personally all the details, requirements, and rules for attending the concert.

  Keep the following important details in mind:

• Tickets for the event will be nominal, introducing new terms for the Bulgarian audience:
  • We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the General Terms and Conditions of the event and with all Frequently Asked Questions at edsheeran.ticketstation.bg.
  • A person can purchase no more than 6 tickets. The person who buys the tickets is called Lead Purchaser – their name is written on all the tickets from one booking. It is not possible for a group of people to enter the event grounds without the primary buyer being present! Read more here.
• Age restrictions are in place:
  • For the “Standing” sector – no persons under the age of 14 are allowed on the pitch.
  • For all seated sectors – children under 6 years of age are not allowed
• A traffic queue will be introduced and you will see in real time who you are in line and after how long you will be able to purchase tickets.
• You will receive the purchased tickets at the no sooner than 14 days before the event. After a successful purchase on 26.10.2023, you will receive a receipt for each ticket purchased.
• After registration in the form at https://edsheeran.ticketstation.bg, you will receive a newsletter with all important topics in the days until the start of ticket sales.
