Ed Sheeran concert tickets have now been sent to all over 60,000 people who planned to spend his Saturday night August 31st on the +-=÷X Tour. This also enables the resale of tickets on the TicketSwap platform to start – the most impatient have already taken advantage of the option, and for everyone else, you can learn how the platform works below, or by watching this video

TicketSwap is the only official ticket resale option for the event. Buying tickets from other venues and secondary markets is classed as an unregulated sale and you may be denied access.

how to sell a ticket
or change the names of visitors

The sale of tickets on the TicketSwap platform is administered and managed by TicketSwap. The sale and purchase of tickets on the platform takes place only after mandatory registration and verification of your data and phone number.
When using the platform, TicketSwap deducts a 5% fee for service by the seller. 6% service fee and 3% transaction fee are charged to the buyer. Fest Team and Ticket Station have no relation to the commissions withheld by TicketSwap.
When selling a ticket through the platform, the old ticket is cancelled and cannot be used. A brand new ticket is issued with new names and access attributes, which is automatically sent to the buyer on the platform.

Note the following facts:

  • Anyone who has received their ticket can list it for sale. To get your ticket, the primary buyer should log into his/her Ticket Station account, visit the “My tickets” section and download the PDF or Apple Wallet file. If you are the primary buyer, it is your responsibility to send the tickets to all other members of the reservation.
  • At the request of the artist, you can sell purchased tickets for a value not higher than the one you bought them for.
  • If you buy multiple tickets at once and they are posted by one user, they will all be issued with Your name only. This makes you the primary buyer and means you must to come all together to use your tickets.
  • If you want to change the name of a visitor from a specific ticket you own, you can use the “Private Listing” feature. Instructions on how to do this are given below .
  • If you encounter a problem using the service, you can visit the help and support page help.ticketswap.com, or contact colleagues from Ticket Station at the address es@ticketstation.bg.
Step 1.
Visit www.ticketswap.com and discover the event Ed Sheeran: + – = ÷ x TOUR.
Step 2.
If you wish to sell your tickets, select the button “Sell Tickets”. If you wish to buy tickets, you will find the availability at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3.
Create a user profile or log into an already created one. We recommend using the email with which you are registered in Ticket Station.
Step 4.
Enter the code you received by e-mail to continue uploading the ticket you wish to sell/whose name you wish to change. TicketSwap does not require a password – with each login attempt, you will receive an access code to the specified e-mail.
Step 5.
Select the PDF or Apple Wallet file of your ticket, or drag it with the mouse into the enclosed field.
Step 6.
Make sure you select the correct ticket. You can upload more than one ticket at a time. After the platform does an automatic check of the uploaded ticket, you will be able to select a “Continue” button
Step 7.
Create a description of the ticket you uploaded – why you are selling it, which seats you offer, etc. It will give your listing a more finished look. Once you’re done, press “Continue”
Step 8.
The system will automatically detect the value of your ticket and offer a price at which to sell it. Please note that at the request of the artist, you cannot offer your ticket at a price higher than the price at which you purchased it. Please note that when using the platform, TicketSwap deducts 5% seller service fee. Buyer is charged a 6% service fee and a 3% transaction fee. Fest Team and Ticket Station are not responsible for the fees charged by TicketSwap. Once you are ready, press “Continue”
Step 9.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the option to choose whether to make the ad public or send it only to a specific recipient. If you wish to change the names of a ticket, you can select the “Change to Private” button. In this case, you will be able to sell the ticket to a specific person named by you. Please note that this action will again incur fees, and the person named by you will have to pay the ticket value you specified in the previous step. If you want to sell your ticket to a random person, do not change the visibility of the ad, just press “Create listing”
Step 10 (optional)
If you have selected “Change to Private” and wish to specify who should receive your invitation, you must enter the e-mail address of the Recipient of your ticket in the field, then press “Save”.
Step 11
After you have checked all the details, you can safely press the “Create listing” button, with which your ad will be published (or sent to the email address you specified).

In this way, you successfully publish a ticket for sale on the TicketSwap platform. Note that you can manage your listing at any time by visiting the “Your listings” menu. This means that if you change your mind, you can remove the listing in case the ticket has not yet been purchased by another user.

After a successful purchase, you will receive the funds from the sale within 3 working days to the bank account you indicated.
