Four decades later, this music returns to the stage in full force through BEAT: a project in which four influential figures in contemporary music meet for the first time. On July 9, 2025, Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture will host one of the most important musical events in the Fest Team calendar for next year – BEAT: King Crimson Celebration Show, part of an international tour that is already attracting attention all over the world. BEAT brings together four remarkable musicians on one stage. Adrian Belew and Tony Levin, two of the most recognizable voices and faces from King Crimson’s peak period, join forces with guitar architect Steve Vai and Tool’s alien drummer – Danny Carey. This is a supergroup that celebrates King Crimson’s music by breathing new life into it without losing its authenticity. The Bulgarian audience will witness a musical summit, at once reconstruction and inspiration, emotion and precision, experiment and dedication to an exceptional tradition by exceptional musicians.
