At Fest Team, we want to thank you for being with us for so long. This page defines what a “Golden Ticket” is and explains how the different types of Golden Tickets can be used. The Golden Ticket gives its holder the opportunity to attend all events organized by Fest Team for a specified period of time, without the need for payment. All types of Golden Tickets are personalized and allow their holders to bring one additional person to any event they choose to attend.
There are two types of Golden Tickets available:
- One-year Golden Tickets
These tickets are valid from January 1 to December 31 of the year in which they are issued. - Lifetime Golden Tickets
These tickets have no expiration date and can be used at any time, as long as Fest Team continues to organize events.
As of November 2025, Golden Tickets are fully digital and live in your Ticket Station account 🙂 You can access your Golden Tickets:
- from the “Tickets” section in the Fest Club app, after linking your Ticket Station user profile;
- from the “My Tickets” section in Ticket Station, under the “Upcoming” tab
All holders of physical Golden Tickets can also find the digital version of their ticket in the locations listed above. Physical Golden Tickets can no longer be used for entry to events — please use your digital passes instead.
There are two ways to use your Golden Ticket, depending on the type of event you are attending:
- Events WITHOUT seated areas
e.g. festivals, concerts at Vidas Art Arena, concerts at Port of Burgas, concerts in Hall 3 of NDK; club shows
Show your Golden Ticket at the entrance of the event to gain access. No prior action is required. - Events WITH seated areas
e.g. concerts at the National Stadium, concerts in “Arena 8888”, events in Hall 1 of NDK
Go to the event’s purchase page at www.ticketstation.bg. Log into your user profile, then select two seats. In the “Enter promo code” field, enter the eight-character number of your Golden Ticket. You will automatically receive a 100% discount on the order total. Select “BUY” and complete the order. You will receive new zero-value tickets for the specific event, which must be used for entry.
No. Golden Tickets are a special gesture from Fest Team, given to loyal fans, partners, and friends, and cannot be purchased for any price through the commercial network.
Please note that seat availability is not explicitly guaranteed for Golden Ticket holders.
If an event is sold out, we will not be able to provide you with access, despite our best intentions.

without reserved seating
Events without reserved seating include all our outdoor festivals (Phillgood, Hills of Rock, AURA, Halloween Festival, SPICE Music Festival, etc.); concerts at Vidas Art Arena without seated areas, concerts at Port of Burgas, concerts in Hall 3 of NDK, and club shows.
If you wish to attend an event without reserved seating, there is no need to do anything in advance. Simply show your Golden Ticket on your smartphone screen at the entrance to the event to gain access — it will be scanned, and this action will grant entry for you and one additional person. Please note that for events with standing zones (such as those at the National Stadium and Arena 8888), you must follow the instructions for events with reserved seating.

- Platinum Ticket = a lifetime Golden Ticket

Unfortunately, no.
A Golden Ticket issued for a specific event is now considered equivalent to a lifetime Golden Ticket for all Fest Team events. Use it in the manner described above.
