Pre-sales for Fest Club members will take place from 09:00 on 12.12 to 08:00 on 13.12. To access the pre-sales:
- Download the Fest Club mobile app on your smartphone. The app is available for iOS, Android and Huawei devices and can be downloaded from here.
- Log in with an existing Fest Club account, or register for free
- Connect your Fest Club account with the Ticket Station account, by clicking the “Connect” button on the Fest Club App home screen.
- Select the event “Guns N’ Roses” and buy tickets directly through the Fest Club App. You will not be required to enter your Fest Club ID.
It is not possible to purchase tickets from the Fest Club pre-sale outside of the Fest Club App.
The official ticket sale starts at 09:00 on 13.12.2025. The official ticket sales website for the concert is www.ticketstation.bg. Tickets will be available for purchase ONLINE only and by REGISTERED users with a valid email address. To register, visit www.ticketstation.bg and select “Registration“. Then select the event and follow the instructions on the page to successfully complete the process. There is no need to register again if you are already a user of the site.
Yes, tickets are named and can only be personalized AFTER purchase. During the purchase process you will NOT be required to provide names. This means that upon purchase, all tickets will be automatically created with the name of the person purchasing them. You can only name already purchased tickets. You can change the names on tickets from your reservation until before receiving them, at the earliest 14 days before the start of the event.
To change the names on purchased tickets, visit ticketstation.bg > Profile > My Tickets > Upcoming > Guns N’ Roses and select the “Edit” button.
Your tickets will be available in your account at the earliest 14 days before the event. Ticket Station will send explicit information by email to all ticket holders when they are available.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a only a receipt to the email address you used to make the purchase. In case of high traffic, you may receive the receipt after up to 72 hours – we ask for your patience. If you do not receive the receipt after this period, please write to us at contact@ticketstation.bg. You will receive your tickets no earlier than 14 days before the event.
If you do not name your tickets explicitly after purchasing them, all guests from one reservation will have to come together. If this is not a problem for you, you may not name your tickets additionally.
