• You can apply for a refund no later than 31.05.2023 by filling the form at festteam.bg/en/hse/choicen. If you do not submit your query until 31.05.2023, you will only be able to use your HILLS OF ROCK SOFIA EDITION 2023 promotional tickets at the SOFIA SOLID event, without any further actions or re-validations needed.
  If you choose to receive a refund, you will have your money back in 14 working days after filling the form at festteam.bg/en/hse/choicen.
• Please, fill the form only once, regardless how many HILLS OF ROCK SOFIA EDITION promotional tickets have you purchased. Please, fill the form using the e-mail address you have used for purchase online at Ticket Station.
• If you choose to keep your tickets, you will have regular access for the SOFIA SOLID event on 29.06.2023, as well as a voucher for on-site consumption valued 30 BGN.  The voucher is to be received on the event location after presenting a valid HILLS OF ROCK SOFIA EDITION ticket which has not been applied for a refund via the form. You can access SOFIA SOLID with your HILLS OF ROCK SOFIA EDITION 2023 tickets without any further re-validation needed.
• If you’ve purchased a HILLS OF ROCK SOFIA EDITION 2023 ticket from a physical location, you can apply for a refund at the spot you’ve bought your ticket no later than 31.05.2023, or to fill the form to use your ticket for SOFIA SOLID.
