
On September 28, Bulgaria welcomes Robbie Williams at the Vasil Levski Stadium in Sofia. This page aims to answer most possible questions that may arise and is updated regularly.

The doors of the National Stadium “Vasil Levski” open at 4:00 p.m. Come on time – the concert starts at 6:30 PM. Before Robbie, on stage we will see DARA and The Lottery Winners.
The audience will pass ticket inspection only on Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd., from General Gurko St. After checking your tickets, you enter the fan zone and from there follow everything written on your ticket – entrance, sector, row, seat.
Ticket check will be divided into access lanes – pay attention to the signs ABOVE each lane to find your way around where to line up. There will be separate lanes for Standing, Golden Circle, Seated and Disabled.
After passing the ticket and personal items check, you will be allowed into the event area, where you will be able to meet your friends, purchase drinks, food and merch, and head to your sector, entrance, row and seat.
Please note that there will be stewards to assist you with check-in and easy access to your seats. Sectors, entrances, and a map of the area will be available on signboards after you enter the event area.
At 16:00 the admission of all visitors who have purchased tickets begins, regardless of the ticket they purchased.
At 18:30 the first performance on the stage of the National Stadium “Vasil Levski” begins. Before Robbie Williams on stage we will see DARA and The Lottery Winners. The show will end around 11:00 PM. You can arrive anytime after 4:00 PM, but we recommend arriving before 7:00 PM. Don’t arrive at the last minute! Allow enough time to go through ticket inspection!
National Stadium “Vasil Levski” is located at 38 Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. You can see the exact location here.
Access to the stadium will be ONLY from sector “A”. You can get there using public transport:
- To get to the National Stadium, you can use the red, green or yellow line (M1/M3/M4). The closest stations are Vasil Levski Stadium Metro Station, Sofia University Metro Station and Orlov Most Metro Station.
After the concert, additional trains will be provided between 22:00 and 00:30 to be used as an emergency service in case of crowds at the metro stations, with guaranteed intervals for sections, respectively:
- Slivnitsa Metro Station – Mladost 1 Metro Station – 6 minutes;
- Mladost 1 Metro Station – Business Park Metro Station – Sofia Airport Metro Station – 12 minutes;
- Obelya Metro Station – Vitosha Metro Station – 10 minutes;
- Hadzhi Dimitar Metro Station – Gorna Banya Metro Station – 12 minutes.
You can use lines 204, 213, 280, 604, 76, 72. From 22:00 to 00:30 buses will run at reduced intervals. Additional reserve buses are also provided, which will be released on various lines at the discretion of the dispatcher after the concert ends. Please note that it is possible that Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. will be restricted to car traffic in the period from 12:00 on 28.09 until the end of the concert.
You can use trams 10, 12, 15 and 18. From 22:00 to 00:30 trams will run at reduced intervals.
You can use lines 8, 3, 4, 5, 11. Please note that Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. may be restricted to vehicle traffic from 12:00 on 28.09 until the end of the concert.
Parking near the stadium is prohibited. At the discretion of the Sofia City Traffic Department, Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. may be restricted to vehicle traffic from 12:00 on 28.09 until the end of the concert. Road vehicles will not be able to enter Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. in the section from Dragan Tsankov Blvd. to Orlov Most Square, ensuring the movement of public transport vehicles. If you are traveling from another settlement, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia metro. The following buffer parking lots are available:

- buffer parking lot at James Boucher metro station
- buffer parking lot at Beli Dunav metro station
- buffer parking lot at Tsarigradsko Shose metro station

- buffer parking lot at Ovcha Kupel II metro station
- buffer parking lot at Gorna Banya metro station
All disabled visitors who have requested access to the event via www.ticketstation.bg and have received their tickets can pass through the specially constructed access lane at the main entrance. After entering the event area, our associates will direct you to sector “V”, from where you will be directed to the platform for disabled people on site. The only accessible entrance for people in wheelchairs is through sector “V”, TUNNEL “V”. You can view the map to get your bearings.
Please note the following facts:
- The platform for people with disabilities has a limited capacity, which is calculated to accommodate those visitors who have declared this need through www.ticketstation.bg. If you are disabled and have purchased your ticket on sale, please proceed to the location you have chosen.
- If you need assistance on site, regardless of whether you have submitted a request to us or not, please contact our associates or security guards.
- Parking for people with disabilities will not be available. Unfortunately, production requirements and the lack of alternative stadium seating prevent us from organizing such an opportunity.
- If you need assistance before the show, please feel free to contact us at info@festteam.bg.
Parking near the stadium is prohibited. At the discretion of the Sofia Traffic Department, Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. may be restricted to vehicle traffic from 12:00 on 28.09 until the end of the concert. If you are traveling from another location, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia Metro. The following buffer parking lots are available:

To gain access to the concert, you must bring your ticket with a clear and undamaged visible barcode. There is no need to print your ticket. You may be required to provide your booking confirmation email. Be sure to make sure you have your tickets before you come – it is best to download them to your phone in pdf format or in a wallet, so that you are independent of internet coverage.
- If all tickets from one reservation are individualized with the names on the ID card of the respective visitors, you will be able to access the concert without the need for the presence of a main buyer.
- If all tickets from one reservation are in the name of the main buyer – then all visitors from the group should come together and be admitted together with the main buyer.
IDs of the ticket holders will be required upon entry – the document must match the names written on the after the Visitor field.
Acceptable identity documents are a current ID card, a current driver’s license, a current passport. You can verify the identity of children under 14 years of age through a student ID card, a student ID card, a copy of a birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect and process data from your identity documents. Copies of the documents cannot and will not be collected upon entering the event area.
There will be NO storage area for belongings on the event grounds. The items listed below are expressly prohibited on the event grounds. If you visit the event with an item from the list below, it will be taken away from you for security reasons. The organizer is not responsible for the storage of items taken away by you. Prepare well and DO NOT COME with items from the list:
- It is prohibited to bring in professional photography equipment of any type, including GoPro. Any device with an interchangeable lens is considered professional photography equipment. It is strictly forbidden to use drones on the event grounds.
- Substances whose use is prohibited by law;
- Drugs and paraphernalia for their use;
- Cold weapons, firearms and other means of self-defense (such as, but not limited to, any size knives, gas guns, pepper spray) or other dangerous objects that can be used as weapons;
- Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
- Markers, sprays;
- Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 10 liters or approximately 35x25x12 cm are expressly prohibited;
- Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups and hard packaging;
- Food and alcohol imported from outside (excluding baby food);
- Water for one person in a container larger than 0.5 liters – upon instructions from the group, the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
- Umbrellas – if it rains, please bring a raincoat; banners, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
- Bulk items, chairs, boxes, mattresses, sleeping bags and tents;
- Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters and other vehicles;
- Lasers, glow sticks;
- Noise-producing devices – whistles, bells, etc.;
- Chain belts, wrapped straps and spiked belts (conical spikes);
Only a small amount of personal belongings and clothing is permitted to be brought into the event area. For your convenience, we are adding a list of some permitted items that may raise questions:
- Sunscreen;
- Repellent (preparation to prevent insect bites) – NOT in aerosol form/in a pressurized container;
- Lighter;
- Cigarettes/E-cigarettes (please note that smoking on the stadium grounds is PROHIBITED)
- up to 0.5 l. plastic bottle of water – upon instructions from the group, the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
- Medications (asthma spray, pills, etc.);
- External battery for charging a phone (powerbank);
- Contact lens solution;
- Hand sanitizer;
- Up to 2 insulin syringes (NOT a normal syringe, but one with a very short needle);
- A small bottle of insulin;
ACCOMPANY REQUIREMENTS
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If children are with their parents, NO need to fill out a declaration for an accompanying person. In case you are not a parent/guardian, you must submit a completed declaration for an accompanying person, which is available for download at this link. The declaration for an accompanying person does not need to be notarized. A companion declaration must be completed, printed and presented upon entry to the event area only if you are not the parent/guardian of the person you are accompanying.
IDENTITY PROOF OF CHILDREN
You can verify the identity of children under 14 years of age through a student ID book, student ID card, or a copy of a birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect or process data from your identity documents. Copies of the documents cannot and will not be collected upon entering the event area.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We remind you that the age restrictions are as follows:
- For the “Standing” sector – persons under the age of 14 are not allowed on the field.
- For all seated sectors – children under the age of 6 are not allowed
In case you have purchased a ticket for a child of an age that is not allowed in the respective sector, as an exception and at your own risk, you will be allowed into the event area, but this would create the prerequisites for incidents, especially in the “Standing” sector.
No. Multiple entry and exit from the event area within the event is prohibited. This means that if you have already passed ticket inspection, it is not possible to exit and return again. Please note that after entering, you will have access to the festival area around Vasil Levski Stadium. You will be able to move freely between your seat and the area around the stadium, as long as you do not leave the central entrance at any time, until the end of the show.
It is prohibited to bring food and drinks of any type into the event, with the exception of baby food and water in a container of up to 0.5 liters per person. Upon instructions from the group, the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance. After entering the event area, you will have access to food and drink areas.
Smoking of conventional or electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc. on the territory of the National Stadium “V. Levski” is completely prohibited. Smoking is allowed in the fan zone OUTSIDE the National Stadium.
Tickets for the concert have been sent to all MAIN BUYERS in the period September 15 – 20, 2025. The commitment of the main buyer is to send the tickets and all instructions received to each of the visitors for whom he has purchased tickets. Tickets ARE NOT sent to all visitors from one reservation. Be sure to make sure you have your tickets before you come to the event – it is best to download them to your phone in pdf format or in a wallet to be independent of internet coverage.

As per the artist’s management, the resale of purchased tickets to third parties, including Ticket Swap, is expressly prohibited.
Any concert ticket offered for resale, online or offline (including Viagogo or any other unauthorized source, including all secondary ticketing websites), will result in the cancellation of the entire original reservation. The original purchaser and their group will be denied access and any other purchases they may have will also be canceled.
A free name change option via the Ticket Station platform was available until your tickets were shipped. At this time, it is no longer possible to change the names on your tickets.
Upon arrival, you may be asked to present a valid ID. If the details do not match, we will ask you to show a receipt for the ticket(s) you purchased. If you do not have one, you may be denied access.
- If all tickets from a reservation have the names of the respective visitors on their ID cards, you will be able to access the concert without the need for the presence of a primary purchaser.
- If all tickets from a reservation have the same name (of the primary purchaser), then all visitors from the group should come together and be admitted together with the primary purchaser.
Tickets are personal and upon arrival you may be asked to present a valid ID. If the data does not match, we will ask you to show a receipt for the purchased ticket(s). If you do not have one, access may be denied.

If you have lost access to your Ticket Station account, use the “Forgotten Password” link. If this does not work, please contact the Bulgarian customer service department at info@ticketstation.bg .
Tickets are personal and you may be asked to present a valid ID upon arrival. If the details do not match, we will ask you to show a receipt for the ticket(s) you purchased. If you do not have one, you may be denied access. At this time, it is no longer possible to change the names on the tickets.
It is essential to make sure you have your tickets before you come to the event! Please make sure your phone is fully charged and you have DOWNLOADED your tickets before you come, or as a last resort – you have printed tickets to avoid such situations. Of course, if something happens beyond your control, please go to the Ticket Station cash desks on site, where colleagues will try to help you find your order.
Don’t worry, we’ll try to help you. Visit the Ticket Station box office where our staff will try to help you figure out what might have gone wrong. The central box office will be located right next to the main entrance. Remember, DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know personally on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary ticket website. Do not buy BRACELETS or other similar items – you will be denied entry.
If you wish, you can print out the tickets you receive yourself. Please note that this is not a mandatory requirement for attending the concert. We recommend that you do not print your ticket, but save it to your smartphone. You can also add your ticket to Apple Wallet.
The area within the perimeter of the National Stadium “Vasil Levski”, immediately after passing the ticket check, will be designated as a special fan zone. After entering, you will have the opportunity to purchase fast food (burgers, sandwiches, packaged snacks), soft drinks, water, low-alcohol drinks (beer) and others. Payments are made only with personal contactless cards. You will also be able to find official merch of the visiting artists. You will be able to move freely between your seat and the area around the stadium, as long as you do not leave the fan zone, at any time, until the end of the show.
Please note that you must go through ticket inspection once per day. It is not possible to exit through the gate and return later – access will be denied!
Access to the event area is possible from 16:00 on 28.09.2025.
The first performance on stage starts at 18:30.
The event will end around 23:00 on 28.09.2025.
Payments for food and beverages are ONLY made with personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer. Cash payments are not accepted. Bring your personal contactless card to make payments during the event.
Payments in the merch area can be made in cash or with a personal contactless card.
After entering, you will have the opportunity to purchase fast food (burgers, sandwiches, packaged snacks), soft drinks, water, low-alcohol drinks (beer) and others. Paymentsaremadeonlywith personal contactless cards.
There will be a merch zone available, which will be located between entrances 3 and 4. Check out the map to get your bearings.
- The merch zone will be open from the start of visitors being admitted to the venue – 4:00 PM, and until a maximum of 1 hour after the concert, or until the available quantities are exhausted.
- Payments in the merch zones are possible by bank card or in cash. We highly recommend cashless payments.
- Trying on clothes is not allowed. If you are unsure about the size, you can only try on the item.
- We recommend that the goods be carefully inspected on site. Complaints after purchase are not possible.
