HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2023 is not Taking Place
see you in 2024 – choose to get a refund or use your tickets next year
Unfortunately, HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2023 is not taking place. Everyone who have purchased a promotional ticket can choose to:
- keep their current tickets and use them in 2024, or
- get a full-sized refund, applying no later than 31.12.2023
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- You can apply for a refund no later than 31.12.2023 by filling the form at festteam.bg/. If you do not submit your query until 31.12.2023, you will only be able to use your HILLS OF ROCK 2023 promotional tickets at the HILLS OF ROCK 2024 PLOVDIV event, without any further actions or re-validations needed.
If you choose to receive a refund, you will have your money back in 14 working days after filling the form at festteam.bg/. - Please, fill the form only once, regardless how many HILLS OF ROCK 2023 PLOVDIV promotional tickets have you purchased. Please, fill the form using the e-mail address you have used for purchase online at Ticket Station.
- If you choose to keep your tickets, you will have regular access for the HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV event in 2024. You can access the event with your 2023 tickets without any further re-validation needed. Dates and artists for 2024 are yet to be announced. We expect this to happen between September and December 2023.
- If you’ve purchased a HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2023 ticket from a physical location, please, e-mail info@ticketstation.bg to get your reservation number. Refunds will not be placed on site but only using the form above, filled no later than 31.12.2023.
The following procedure follows the General Terms of Fest Team. For anything not mentioned above, please refer to the General Terms which you have agreed to with your ticket purchase. More info about HILLS OF ROCK 2024 will be available at hillsofrock.com.
