No More Many More Celebrate Their “Unlucky” 13th Anniversary with a Major Concert

With special guests “Taraleshta” and many more guests, the band will take the stage on September 18 at Vidas Art Arena

Fatally good, honest and talented, No More Many More are turning 13. In their case, this is more than just a number – it represents more than a decade of quality music, meaningful lyrics addressing serious and sensitive social issues, and a loyal audience.

At the end of the summer, No More Many More will celebrate their 13th anniversary with a major concert on September 18 at Vidas Art Arena, with special guests “Taraleshta”. Tickets for the concert, organized by Fest Team, are available through the Ticket Station network, starting at €20.

No More Many More have long proven that music for them is not simply a hobby or a job, but something that carries a deeper meaning. Since forming in 2013, the band has released five full-length albums, dozens of hits, performed major concerts and festivals, and built an army of loyal fans. They are also loved for their strong civic stance and the opinions they have expressed through their songs from the very beginning. The lyrics, written by frontman and main songwriter Metodi Krastev, do not shy away from social and public injustices – on the contrary, they expose them with uncompromising honesty. Alongside him are Radoslav Gerov (vocals and drums), Vladimir Ivanov (drums), Grisha Georgiev (bass guitar), and Kamen Aleksandrov (guitar) – all accomplished musicians who together create a unique sense of unity and synergy.

Their sound is hard to compare – blending alternative rock with rock, pop, elements of hip-hop, and distinctive male harmonies. With the release of their first album in 2017, “Po edin ili drug nachin” (“One Way or Another”), the band, which is part of the independent alternative artists collective Projector Plus, established itself as one of the most distinctive acts on the Bulgarian rock scene. Three more albums followed: “Ne i tozi pat” (“Not This Time Either”), released during the lockdown, “Pomogni mi” (“Help Me”) in 2022, and “Edin ot tyah” (“One of Them”) in 2023. Last year, No More Many More released their fifth album, “Tuk sam” (“I’m Here”), one of their strongest projects to date. Created under challenging circumstances after the band was left without a studio, with arrangements born literally hours before recording, the album remains deeply human. It also features the song “Gumeni Mecheta” (“Teddy Bears”), inspired by the war and the feeling of helplessness in the modern world.

The audience will be able to hear this song and many more from their previous albums at the upcoming concert on September 18 in the heart of Borisova Garden. Special guests at the anniversary concert will be one of Bulgaria’s favorite bands, “Taraleshta”, as well as other guest performers who remain a surprise for now.

With dozens of hits such as “Lyatoto e samo nauzhkim” (“Summer Is Only Pretend”), “Neftohim”, “Vrata” (“Door”), “Trolley”, “Sviri vyatar v ushite” (“The Wind Blows in Your Ears”), “Tezhak sluchay” (“A Tough Case”), and many others, the band has a distinctive sound combining different styles such as blues, reggae, groove, afrobeat, and Balkan rhythms. Their concerts are a true experience – plenty of dancing, live songs whose lyrics the audience knows from beginning to end, and poetic lyrics.

“Taraleshta” was formed in 2019 by Mitko Taralezhkov. The band also features Ilko Gradev (accordion), Dani Ognyanov (bass), Aleksandar Mihaylov (kaval and saxophone), Neven Kiderov (percussion), and Asen Haydutov (drums).

“Taraleshta” have released three albums: “Nyama smisal” (“There Is No Point”) in 2019, “Edin gaz myasto v Raya” (“One Ass Place in Heaven”) in 2021, and “Ideya za san” (“An Idea for a Dream”) in 2022. This year, however, the band has introduced a darker and more melancholic sound with their new album “Taraleshta na morfin” (“Taraleshta on Morphine”), which is set to be released on music platforms. The idea for the album came from vocalist Mitko Taralezhkov, who translated songs by the American band Morphine into Bulgarian.

Last year, “Taraleshta” opened for Manu Chao and S.A.R.S. They have also shared the stage with Foltin, Django Ze, “Hipodil”, “Kontrol”, P.I.F., and this summer they will be part of the upcoming The Wailers concert in Sofia on July 15.
