DISABLED ACCESS
At Fest Team, we make every effort to ensure our events are accessible to people with disabilities. For each event, provisions are made for guests with accessibility needs. To request access, please complete the accessibility request form. We kindly ask you to review the questions and answers below so you know what to expect and how we can assist you.
Q&A
To gain access to our events, you are required to provide a scanned or photographed valid copy of a TELK decision, or another official document issued by an EU/EEA member state certifying your condition. The document should be uploaded directly via the form after entering your full name.
You may submit requests for all events you wish to attend, provided that there are available spaces at the time of submitting the request. Please note that only one event can be selected per request.
ℹ️ We provide free access to all of our events, with the exception of those held at the Ancient Theatre, due to the specific nature of the venue. For concerts held at the National Stadium “Vasil Levski”, the designated areas for guests with accessibility needs are located on a specially constructed platform with limited capacity, and it is possible that no available spaces are available at this time.
Yes, of course. Within the form, you will be able to indicate this and specify whether your companion already has a ticket for the selected event.
If you choose to attend the event with a companion, the companion will be required to pay for their ticket, unless your decision explicitly includes mobility assistance with a companion. In that case, we will issue invitations for both of you. Once your request has been approved, we will contact you at the email address you provided if your companion does not already have a ticket for the event. We will then send a payment link covering only your companion’s ticket.
If you do not see the event you wish to attend listed in the form, there are two possible reasons: either the event is held at the Ancient Theatre in Plovdiv, where we are unable to provide access for guests with disabilities, or all available accessible spaces have already been allocated.

Your request will be processed no later than one week before the event you have selected. You will find your invitation in your Ticket Station profile under the “My Tickets” section – please use the same email address you provided in the request form to log in to Ticket Station. If you do not see your invitation two days before the start of the event, please contact us at info@festteam.bg.
