for event access
In general, only essential personal items and clothing are permitted in the event area. For your convenience, we provide a list of some permitted items that may raise questions:
- Sunscreen;
- Repellent (insect bite protection) – must NOT be in aerosol form or a pressurized container;
- Lighter;
- Cigarettes / e-cigarettes;
- 0.5 L plastic bottle of water;
- Medication (asthma inhaler, pills, etc.);
- External phone charging battery (POWER BANK);
- Contact lens solution;
- Hand sanitizer;
- Insulin syringe (NOT a standard syringe, but one with a very short needle); a maximum of 1 syringe is permitted;
- Small bottle of insulin.
Please note that if you are in possession of one or more of the following items, they will be confiscated upon entry. The organizer DOES NOT TAKE responsibility for confiscated items or their storage.
To avoid such situations, please DO NOT bring the following items and substances:
- Substances prohibited by law;
- Narcotic substances and related paraphernalia;
- Cold weapons, firearms, and other self-defense devices (including but not limited to knives of any size, gas pistols, pepper spray), or other dangerous objects that may be used as weapons;
- Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
- Markers, spray cans;
- Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 10 liters or approximately 35x25x12 cm;
- Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups, and rigid containers;
- Plush toys;
- Remote-controlled toys such as cars, airplanes, helicopters, and similar items;
- Food and alcohol;
- Water in containers larger than 0.5 liters per person;
- Balloons, inflatable balls, flammable spheres, flying lanterns, as well as frisbees and other flying discs;
- Umbrellas, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
- Bulky items, chairs, boxes, mats, sleeping bags, and tents;
- Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters, and other means of transportation;
- Pets, except for guide dogs;
- Lasers, laser pointers, and similar light-emitting devices;
- Water guns, spray bottles, and other water-dispersing devices;
- Musical instruments and sound systems;
- Megaphones;
- Drones and other flying objects;
- Professional cameras and video equipment (cameras with interchangeable lenses);
- Pyrotechnic materials, including fireworks, sparklers, etc.;
- Chain belts, wrapped straps, and belts with spikes (conical spikes);
- Flyers that are not explicitly approved by the organizer.
The items listed above will be confiscated at the entrance by security staff. Please note that some jewelry or other merchandise items (such as chains, spikes, etc.) may also be considered dangerous and may be confiscated at the entrance.
The organizer DOES NOT TAKE responsibility for confiscated items or their storage! The organizer reserves the right to expand the list of prohibited items at any time.
Photography is allowed ONLY with a mobile phone or a compact “point-and-shoot” camera (a camera that does not allow interchangeable lenses). Professional or semi-professional photo or video equipment, as well as drones, are strictly prohibited.
Bringing food and drinks of any kind into the event area is strictly prohibited. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at on-site bars. Bringing water is permitted in containers of up to 500 ml per person. In cases of extremely high temperatures, this limit may be increased to 750 ml.
In general, multiple entry and exit is prohibited, primarily for security reasons.
Upon entry, you must present a valid ID document and a ticket for the event. Please make sure to check in advance for each event whether this rule applies explicitly.
Children up to and including 10 years of age (not yet turned 11) are granted free access only to areas marked as “Standard Access” and only when accompanied by a parent holding a valid ticket. Free access to VIP zones or other specialized areas is not provided, regardless of the visitor’s age. Upon entry, you must present an ID document and an event ticket. If you are under 18 years of age, you must also present a declaration in two copies, signed by the accompanying adult. Declarations can also be completed at the event entrance. ⚠️ This rule does not apply to events explicitly intended for children. Please check before purchasing tickets whether the rule has been modified for the specific event.
ℹ️ For Halloween Festival 2025, free access for children is limited to children up to and including 3 years of age. All children aged 4 and above are admitted with individual or family tickets.
ℹ️ For the musical “The Book of Dreams“, free access for children is limited to children up to and including 4 years of age. They are entitled to free entry without an assigned seat in the venue. All children aged 5 and above must hold standard tickets.

We make every effort to ensure our events are accessible to guests with disabilities. For each event, specific arrangements are in place for guests with accessibility needs – please visit the dedicated page for this purpose. There you can submit an access request if you hold a valid document certifying your condition. A separate entrance is always provided to facilitate access through the main entrance of any event, as well as accessible toilets located in easily reachable areas.
Medical teams are always present on the premises of our events. It is important to familiarize yourself in advance with their location through the published informational materials, so you are prepared in case assistance is needed.
2. Start and end times of performances
Please note that it is recommended to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the event on the respective day. We make every effort to avoid crowding, but we rely on your cooperation to further facilitate the process.
In general, tickets for our events do not include a designated parking space, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strongly recommend using public transportation or taxis.
To ensure the comfort of all attendees, we usually provide sufficient seating.
If the event is outdoors, it is not recommended to bring additional chairs unless absolutely necessary.
In practice, bringing a stroller to the event is not prohibited; however, please note that the sound levels are very high and may seriously damage your child’s hearing.
If the event is indoors, bringing additional chairs is strictly prohibited.
