🔞 Visitors under 18
All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a companion and must carry a completed companion declaration if that companion is not a parent. Please print and fill in the declaration in advance and bring it with you.
What this means for you:
👨👩👧 Coming with a parent – you don’t need a declaration.
🧑 Coming with another adult (brother, sister, aunt, a friend over 18) – you need a completed declaration on paper.
🖨️ Print it and fill it in at home, not at the entrance.
Without a companion and a declaration we will not be able to let you in.
Don’t forget to check for your tickets – you have them in your inbox, in your ticketstation.bg account or printed.
Tickets are not personalised. If the ticket was bought by a parent or a friend, that’s not a problem – the ticket itself is what matters.
📷 No need to print your tickets – you can show them straight from the Wallet on your phone.
❓ Can’t find your ticket? Check your user account at www.ticketstation.bg. If you still can’t find it, write to info@ticketstation.bg.
Have a VIP package? VIP tickets are personalised and we have already sent you a separate email with your personal information. Can’t find it? Check your inbox again, including the Spam and Promotions folders.
These items will be taken away at the entrance and the organiser is not responsible for them. Leave them at home.
