Formed in Toronto in 1996, Danko Jones have spent nearly 30 years as some of the most consistent and uncompromising defenders of hard rock. From early cult albums like We Sweat Blood and Sleep Is The Enemy to the powerful series A Rock Supreme (2019), Power Trio (2021), and Electric Sounds (2023), Danko Jones prove that the formula “guitar, bass, drums, and attitude” still works – and works more than excellently.
Over the years, the band has established itself on the global rock scene with a series of gold and platinum awards in Sweden, consistent chart presence in countries such as Germany, Finland, France, Canada, and Switzerland, and over 100 million streams on Spotify. Their music extends far beyond the club scene – their songs appear in HBO productions, cult series like True Blood and CSI:NY, EA Sports video games, and campaigns for brands such as Ford and Budweiser.
