⚠ Please note that the event will take place on the small stage of Vidas Art Arena.

During the event, all visitors will have the opportunity to purchase official Faithless merchandise.

There will NOT be a storage area for personal belongings at the venue. Please check the list of prohibited items in advance. This includes food and drinks, professional cameras (including GoPro), lasers, glass bottles, metal objects, umbrellas, backpacks with a capacity of over 10L. Read more here.

ACCESS AND LOCATION

The concert will take place outdoors in Borisova Garden – the venue is VIDAS Art Arena (Sofia Velodrome). The Faithless show will take place on the Small Stage. To get there, please use the “Borisova Garden” entrance, located near the Lily Lake and “Neighbors Family Restaurant”. See the exact location here.

Don’t forget to check your tickets – they are available in your email, in your account on ticketstation.bg, or as printed copies.

🎫 Can’t find your ticket? Check your account at www.ticketstation.bg. If you still can’t find your ticket, contact info@ticketstation.bg.

📱 There is no need to print your tickets – you can show them directly from your phone’s Wallet.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! All persons under the age of 18 who wish to attend the event must be accompanied by an adult and have a completed parental/guardian consent declaration if the accompanying person is not their parent. Download and print the declaration here.

💳 IMPORTANT! Payments at the bars can be made with personal contactless cards, regardless of the card issuer. We strongly recommend bringing your personal contactless card.

There will be a stand at Vidas Art Arena selling official Faithless merchandise.

Please note that once purchased, merchandise CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

The merchandise stand will be located opposite the bar, which will be accessible to all visitors. Payments in the area can be made with personal contactless cards or in cash. We strongly recommend cashless payments.

REUSABLE

Reusable Cups

No waste. No plastic. A cleaner event.

All Fest Team events at VIDAS Art Arena are now one step greener thanks to the new reusable cup system.

1. Get a cup – when you order your first drink, you pay €3 for the cup.

2. If you don’t want another drink – return the cup at the CUP POINT, or return it to the bar and receive a token.

3. If you decide to have another drink – give the token and receive a new cup without paying again.

4. At the end of the event – if you haven’t used the token, you can return it at the CUP POINT and receive €2 back.

Or keep the cup – take it home as a souvenir from the event.

Important: the cup must be intact and undamaged to be accepted.

€1 of the amount covers the cleaning, logistics, and maintenance of the system.
