Due to the nature of live shows, all timings are subject to change.
* Please ensure you register with us no later than 11:30 for matinee shows, or 18:30 for evening shows, to ensure all elements of your VIP Package are fulfilled. We are unable to mail out any items to you after the show.
The backstage area is a working environment therefore some areas may not be accessible during this tour. We ask you to respect the crew members working to get the show ready. Tour security, management and the venue reserve the rights to remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed antisocial.
Arriving at the Venue:
From 08:00 for matinee shows, or 15:00 for evening shows,, please head to the VIP Nation check in located at B0. Our event staff will register your arrival and hand you your exclusive merchandise.

What to bring:
Please bring one proof of identification along with you (drivers licence, passport, bankcard). The name must match the original purchaser’s. IDs with the same surname or a photocopy of the purchaser’s ID are acceptable. We do not require the original purchaser to attend if the package has been purchased as a gift.

Some tickets may be digital/paperless, so please remember to check before leaving for the show. If you are unsure which Ticket dispatch method you selected, please check with your point of purchase.

If possible, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show and follow the instructions of the colleagues at the entrance.
If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult and have two pre-filled copies of the Declaration of accompaniment.One adult can accompany more than one minor. Download the declaration

The entrance for the event is on the side of the Arena Sofia parking lot – check coordinates here.
During the event tickets for Hot Wheels and all events, offered by Ticket Station, will be available for purchase from Box office 2(near the roundabout at th 4th kilometer), which you will see marked on the map.
Do not forget to check your tickets – you have them in your mail or printed.
You can purchase your ticket either online from Ticket Station , or at the venue for Box office 2 ( near the 4th km roundabout ), opening and closing times as follows:
- Saturday– 08.04.2023 from 08:00 h. until 21:00 h.
- Sunday – 09.04.2023 from 08:00 h. until 19:00 h.
Bar payments will be cashless, via your personal contactless card. Merch payments can be processed both with card or cash.
We would like to advise you to come to the event using public transportation. You can use the following lines:
- Trolleybus lines – № 4, 11;

The hall is designed according to all regulations regarding the accessibility of disabled persons. The access for the disabled persons is made from “Asen Yordanov “ boulevard with a special ramp. There are 42 parking lots for disabled persons as well as two elevators in the opposite diagonal corners of the building connecting level 0 with level 1. After accessing level 1 all the elevators can be used to reach level 3, where 60 seats for disabled persons are provided for unobstructed viewing. There are also 12 WCs for disabled persons placed on all levels.
