Russ – the global phenomenon in coming to Sofia on December 10

The artist who inspires thousands with his independence and creative spirit arrives for a long-awaited concert in Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture

Multi-platinum rapper, songwriter and producer Russ, who is charting his own path to success, arrives in Sofia in Hall 3 of the National Palace of Culture on December 10, 2024 at the invitation of Fest Team. With over 10 years of active creativity behind him, Russ is the creator of an impressive catalog of music with over 22 billion streams and over 25 million singles sold worldwide.

Russ is a living proof that success is possible without the support of major music labels. Listed on the prestigious Forbes “30 under 30” list in 2019, the artist sells out concerts in the largest venues around the world and enjoys one of the most loyal fan bases in the music industry. His motto is simple but powerful: “Believe in yourself unconditionally and work tirelessly.”

Russ surprises with a unique approach to music – he releases new singles every few weeks and produces all of his work himself. His 2017 album “There’s Really A Wolf” was certified double platinum by the RIAA and spent 84 weeks on the Billboard 200 with hits like “What They Want” and “Losin’ Control”. Russ impresses with live performances, including an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with the song “Patience”.

In 2022, Russ founded his own independent label DIEMON (an acronym for “Do It Everyday Music Or Nothing”) and last summer released his deeply personal album SANTIAGO, which explores his journey towards self-acceptance, finding self-worth and overcoming the need for approval from others. To bring his fans closer to the world of SANTIAGO, Russ organized pop-up events in the US and released a short film of the same name, which was shown in 88 cinemas in the US and the UK. Russ’ latest single “In The Dirt” demonstrates his continuous development and readiness for new musical challenges.
