Starting in February 2025, TicketSwap will allow you to resell tickets for events you have not yet received your passes for. As of February 12, 2025, you can list tickets for Guns N’ Roses, Nick Cave, and Rod Stewart. Reselling tickets for Robbie Williams’ show is not possible due to the artist’s team’s requirements.
This instruction only applies to events where tickets are received no earlier than 14 days before the event (sealed ticketing). For all other events, you can sell a ticket on TicketSwap in the usual way by attaching the PDF file you received.
TicketSwap is the only official option for reselling tickets for Fest Team events. Purchasing tickets from other locations and secondary markets is classified as unregulated sales and you will be denied access.

Pay attention to the following facts:
- Anyone who has purchased a ticket for any of the events above can list it for sale. You can sell one or multiple tickets from a single reservation.
- It is mandatory when purchasing tickets from TicketSwap to enter the names of the new visitor. You will not have access to your tickets until you do so.
- If you purchase multiple tickets from TicketSwap at once and they are posted by one user, they will all be issued under your name only. This makes you the primary purchaser and means that you all have to come together to use your tickets. Of course, you can personalise each ticket when purchasing from TicketSwap.
- If you just want to change the name of a visitor from a specific ticket you own, you can do so directly in your Ticket Station profile without additional fees.
- If you encounter a problem using the service, you can visit the help and support page help.ticketswap.com, or contact Ticket Station colleagues at info@ticketstation.bg.
Log in to your Ticket Station user profile and open the “My Tickets” section. Then, select the “Sell your ticket” button. The button is only available for the events listed above.
You will be automatically redirected to the TicketSwap platform. On this screen, you must select which ticket you wish to sell. You can only list one ticket from one category at a time. If you wish to sell more than one ticket, repeat the procedure.
Check if the selection you made meets your expectations and select the “Continue” button.
Enter the entrance, row, seat and sector of the ticket you are selling. Be careful when filling in – this information is displayed to potential buyers, but does not change the actual seats you have purchased. You can find this information in your Ticket Station account.
Set the price you want to sell your ticket at. The limits are different for each event – on this screen, you will see the limits within which you can list your ticket, as well as the fees for potential buyers.
Make sure everything is correct and select “Create Listing”. With this, your ticket will be successfully published for sale on the TicketSwap platform.
This way, you have successfully posted a ticket for sale on the TicketSwap platform. Please note that you can manage your listing at any time by visiting the “Your listings” menu. This means that if you change your mind, you can remove the listing if the ticket has not yet been purchased by another user.
After a successful purchase, you will receive the funds from the sale within 3 business days to the bank account you specified.
