Sean Paul Takes the Stage at Vidas Art Arena with Rise Jamaica on May 13, 2026 May 15, 2026

Global hits and Caribbean rhythms in the heart of Borisova Gradina

Global superstar Sean Paul returns to Bulgaria on May 13 May 15, 2026 with the Rise Jamaica concert at Vidas Art Arena, presented by Fest Team. With a global career spanning more than two decades, tours in over 120 countries, and dozens of multi-platinum hits, Sean Paul is undoubtedly one of the brightest stars to emerge from Jamaica onto the world stage. Fourteen years after his first meeting with the Bulgarian audience, he returns with a large-scale production show that will transport fans straight into the heart of Caribbean rhythm. Tickets start at 50 euros and go on sale on Friday, December 19, through the Ticket Station network.

Sean Paul Henriques, the artist’s full name, was born in Kingston in 1973. At just 24 years old, he made the world learn his name with the hit track “Infiltrate,” elevating Jamaican music in the international charts. His major breakthrough came in 2000 with the release of his debut album Stage One, featuring hit tracks such as “Deport Them,” “No Bligh,” and “Hot Gal Today,” a collaboration with Mr. Vegas. Sean Paul became the best-selling artist of the New York–based VP Records, helping Jamaican producers reach the global market. A notable late-’90s moment saw Sean Paul and Mr. Vegas appear in cameo roles in Hype Williams’ film Belly (1998). Alongside DMX, they contributed to the film’s soundtrack, further expanding Sean Paul’s presence beyond Jamaican music.

In 2001, Sean Paul achieved worldwide success with the reggae anthem “Gimme the Light.” The following year brought “Get Busy,” part of his highly successful second album Dutty Rock, which broke stereotypes surrounding dancehall music. Dutty Rock ultimately produced four Top 15 Billboard hits — including “Like Glue” and “I’m Still In Love With You” feat. Sasha — and won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. During the same period, Sean Paul collaborated with Beyoncé on “Baby Boy,” Blu Cantrell on “Breathe,” and Busta Rhymes on “Make It Clap.”

Honored with the Order of Distinction by the Government of Jamaica for his contribution to national culture, Sean Paul remains one of the most recognizable figures in contemporary music, beloved by at least two generations of fans worldwide.

On May 13 May 15, 2026, the Bulgarian audience will experience his charismatic stage presence live in an unforgettable evening at Vidas Art Arena. The event page is available online, and tickets go on sale on Friday, December 19, through the Ticket Station network.
