On September 14, Bulgaria welcomes Andrea Bocelli for a concert at the Vasil Levski National Stadium. This page aims to answer most possible questions that could arise and is updated regularly.

ADMISSION AND ENTRY

Access to your seats will take place through the sectors and entrances of the stadium. Pay attention to the written sector, entrance, row and seat on your ticket.
For the convenience of visitors with seats on the field, at the map we have placed additional notations: 

  • From sector “A”, entrance 1, the sitting sectors B7-B9, C1-C3, C7-C9 (yellow color on the map) should enter.
  • From sector “A”, entrance 26, the sectors A1-A3, A6-A9, B1-B3 (red color on the map) sitting on the ground should enter
  • From sector “B”, TUNNEL B, the sitting sectors A4, A5, A10-A12, B4-B6, B10-B12, C4-C6, C10-C12 should enter (purple color on the map);

Sector – the stadium has four sectors (A/B/V/G); these are the different seating areas.
Entrance is the point from which the specific sector, row and seat/standing area of ​​the stadium is accessed. Your ticket will be checked at your relevant entrance.
Please note that stewards will be available throughout the area to assist you with check-in and to easily find your seats. Sectors, entrances, as well as a map of the area, you will be able to find on signboards after you enter the event area.

The event schedule is the following:

18:00 Doors open
20:00 Andrea Bocelli – Act 1
20:50 Intermission
21:10 Andrea Bocelli – Act 2

You can come anytime after the doors open. Our advice is to come no later than 18:30! Don’t come at the last minute! Allow enough time to go through ticket inspection!

The National Stadium “Vasil Levski” is located on bul. Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi 38. You can see the exact location here.
You can reach the stadium using public transport:

METRO

Metro stations from lines M1, M3 and M4 of the Sofia metro are available. The nearest station to the stadium is MS “Vasil Levski Stadium”. Alternatively, you can use MS “Sofia University” and MS “Orlov Most”.


Bus

You can use lines 204, 213, 280, 604, 76.


Tram

You can use trams 10, 12, 15 and 18.


Trolleybus

You can use lines 8, 3, 4, 5, 11, as well as alternatively – the lines that run along Tsarigradsko shose Blvd.


Private cars

Parking near the stadium is prohibited. If you are traveling from another city, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia Metro. The following buffer car parks are available:

  • buffer parking at Vasil Levski Stadium metro station. The parking lot has 4 charging stations for electric cars.
  • buffer parking at James Boucher tube station
  • buffer parking at Beli Dunav metro station
  • buffer parking at Tsarigradsko shosse metro station
  • buffer parking at metro station “Mizia/NBU”
  • buffer parking at Ovcha Kupel II metro station
  • Buffer parking at Gorna Banya metro station

All visitors with disabilities, who have requested access to the event through www.ticketstation.bg and received their tickets, please enter through sector “B”. The only accessible entrance for people in wheelchairs is through sector “V”, TUNNEL “V”. You can view the map to get your bearings.

Keep the following facts in mind:

  • Disabled parking will not be available. Unfortunately, the demands of the production and the lack of alternative seats in the stadium prevent us from organizing such an opportunity.
  • If you need assistance on site, regardless of whether you have submitted a request to us or not, please contact our associates or the security guards.
  • If you need assistance before the show, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@festteam.bg.

Parking near the stadium is prohibited. If you are traveling from another populated place, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia Metro. The following buffer car parks are available:

ADMISSION RULES

To gain access to the concert, you must carry your ticket with a clear and undamaged visible barcode. No need to print your ticket. You may be required to provide your booking confirmation email. Make sure you have your tickets before you come – it’s best to download them on your phone in pdf format or in your wallet, to be independent from the internet coverage.

Tickets ARE NOT NOMINAL. Names will not be checked and it does not matter what is written on your ticket in the “Visitor” field. In case of suspected abuse, however, identity documents may still be required. Acceptable identification documents are a current ID card, a current driver’s license, a current passport. The identity of children under the age of 11 for free access to the event can be verified by a student ID card, student ID card, copy of birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect and process the data from your identity documents. Copies of the documents cannot and will not be collected upon entering the event area.

Items listed below are expressly prohibited on the event grounds. If you visit the event with an item from the list below, it will be confiscated for security reasons. The organizer is not responsible for the storage of items taken from you. Prepare well and DO NOT COME with items from the list:

  • It is prohibited to import professional filming equipment of any type, incl. GoPro. It is strictly forbidden to use drones on the territory of the event.
  • Umbrellas – if it rains, please take a raincoat; banners, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
  • Substances, the use of which is prohibited by law;
  • Narcotic substances and paraphernalia for their use;
  • Meadow weapons, firearms and other means of self-defense (such as, but not limited to, any size knives, gas guns, pepper spray) or other dangerous objects that can be used as weapons;
  • Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
  • Markers, sprays;
  • Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 10 liters or about 35x25x12 cm are expressly prohibited;
  • Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups and rigid packaging;
  • Food and alcohol imported from outside (except baby food);
  • Water for one person in a container larger than 0.5 liters – according to the instructions of the artist, the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
  • Bulky objects, chairs, boxes, rugs, sleeping bags and tents;
  • Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters and other vehicles;
  • Lasers, glow sticks;
  • Noise-producing devices – whistles, bells, etc.;
  • Chain belts, wrap-around straps and studded belts (conical studs);

Only a small amount of personal belongings and clothing are allowed on the event territory. For your convenience, we are adding a list of some allowed things that you may have questions about:

  • Sunscreen;
  • Repellant (preparation to protect against insect bites) – NOT in the form of an aerosol/in a pressurized package;
  • Lighter;
  • Cigarettes/E-cigarettes (note that smoking on the stadium grounds is PROHIBITED)
  • up to 0.5l. plastic water bottle – per the artist’s instructions, the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
  • Medications (asthma spray, pills, etc.);
  • External phone charging battery (powerbank);
  • Contact lens solution;
  • Hand sanitizer;
  • Up to 2 insulin syringes (NOT a normal syringe, but one with a very short needle);
  • A small bottle of insulin;
FREE ADMISSION

Children up to 10 years old (included) can enter for free, only needing a completed Declaration of companion. However, they do not receive a reserved seat and will need to be seated with their parent/guardian in the same seat. If you want the child to use a separate seat, it will be necessary to purchase a separate ticket for him.


ACCOMPANIMENT REQUIREMENTS

All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each companion must submit a completed companion declaration that is available for download at this link. The companion declaration does not need notarization. A companion declaration must be completed, printed and presented upon entry to the event area in all cases, regardless of whether you are the child’s parent or not.


CHILD IDENTITY VERIFICATION

You can verify the identity of children under the age of 11 with a student ID book, student ID card, copy of birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect and process the data from your identity documents. Copies of the documents cannot and will not be collected upon entering the event area.

No. Multiple entry and exit from the event area within the duration of the is prohibited. This means that if you have already entered in the event area, it is not possible to exit and re-enter. Note that once inside, you will have access to restrooms and beverage bars.

It is prohibited to bring food and drinks of any type into the event, with the exception of baby food and water in sizes up to 0.5 liters per person. Per the artist’s instructions, your bottle cap will be removed at the entrance. Upon entering the event area, you will have access to beverage areas. Food will not be offered on the territory of the event.

Smoking conventional or electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc. on the territory of the “V. Levski” National Stadium is completely prohibited. Please consider your behavior so as not to disturb the comfort of other spectators .

TICKETS

Tickets for the concert have been sent to all visitors in the period 03 – 05 September 2024. It is the purchaser’s commitment to send the tickets and all instructions received to each of the visitors, for whom has purchased tickets. Tickets are NOT sent to all visitors from one reservation. Make sure you have your tickets before you come to the event – it’s best to download them to your phone in pdf format or to your wallet so you independent of the internet coverage.

  • in your Ticket Station profile, section “My Tickets”, section “Upcoming”

Yes, you can give your tickets to another visitor of your choice. In case of an exceptional situation, contact the Bulgarian customer service department at info@ticketstation.bg.

You can use any valid ticket (purchased from Ticketstation) as long as it is provided by someone you know or trust. Do not buy tickets from strangers or from unregulated sites such as Viagogo, as you may be denied access.

Yes, the names on the ticket are those of the buyer and this is normal. There is no need to change as the tickets for this event are not registered.

No, that’s not necessary.

If you have lost access to your Ticket Station account, use the “Forgot password” link. If this also does not work, please contact the Bulgarian customer service department at e-mail info@ticketstation.bg .

Don’t worry, we will try to help you. Visit the Ticket Station counter where colleagues will try to help you figure out what might have gone wrong. The central ticket office will be located at the intersection of Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. and Gurko Str. Remember, DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know personally on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary ticketing website. Do not buy BRACELETS or other similar items – you will be denied access.

You can come anytime after the holes open. We advise that you arrive no later than 18:30! Don’t come at the last minute! Allow enough time to go through ticket inspection!

After entering the venue, you will have the opportunity to purchase soft drinks, water, low alcohol drinks (wine, beer) and others. Food will not be served. Payments are carried out only with personal contactless cards.

Food and beverage payments are made ONLY with personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer. Cash payments are not accepted. Get your personal contactless card to make payments during the event.

Payments in the merch area can be made in cash or with a personal contactless card.

Yes, a merch area with official Andrea Bocelli products will be available. Take a look at the map to get your bearings. Please note that payments in the merch area will be made in cash or with a personal contactless card.

Several medical teams will be positioned on the territory of the event. It is important to inform yourself of their location so that you are prepared in case of need.

From Monday, September 09, 2024, to Friday, September 13, you will be able to visit the relocated Ticket Station office at the intersection between Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. and Gurko Str. (see map – Ticket Station Office).
The working hours of the office will be between 10:00 and 18:00. Colleagues will be able to assist with all questions related to your tickets and right of access.

On Saturday, September 14, the outsourced office will be open between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
On all days, you will be able to purchase tickets for the event from the outsourced office.
