On August 31, Bulgaria welcomes British superstar Ed Sheeran for his first concert on our territory. This page aims to answer most of the possible questions you might have and is updated regularly.

A Gate is where your tickets and ID will be checked. Four gates will be available – Gurko, Metro Station, Rosarium and Lozenets. Pay attention to the GATE written on your TICKET – please strictly follow what is written on your ticket. After entering the event area, you will be able to meet up with your friends and head to the appropriate sector, entrance, row and seat.
Exceptions are allowed only in the following cases:
- In case tickets of visitors from the same reservation have different gates written on them, you must come together at some of the gates indicated on the tickets.
- If you purchased a ticket for a child and You are an accompanying person, but the two tickets are at different gates, you must enter together from some of the gates indicated on the tickets.
Sector – the stadium has four sectors (A/B/V/G) – these are the different seating areas.
Entranceis where the specific sector, row and seat/standing areas of the stadium are accessed after passing through any of the four gates.
Please note that stewards will be available throughout the area to assist you with check-in and to easily find your seats. Sectors, entrances, as well as a map of the area, you will be able to find on signposts after you enter the event area.
At 16:00 begins the admission of visitors through the four gates around the stadium – Gurko, Metro Station, Rosarium and Lozenets. At 18:00 the first performance on the stage of the National Stadium begins ” Vasil Levski”. The show will end around 10:30 p.m. You can come anytime after 4:00 p.m., but we recommend that you be at the relevant gate no later than 7:00 p.m. Don’t come at the last minute! Allow plenty of time to go through ticket control!
National Stadium “Vasil Levski” is located on bul. Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi 38. You can see the exact location here.
You can reach the specific gates for access to the stadium using public transport:
- To get to Gate “Gurko”,take the red or yellow line (M1/M4) and travel to MC Vasil Levski Stadium or MC Sofia University
- To get to the Rosarium gate, take a red, yellow or green line (M1/M3/M4) and travel to the Sofia University bus station or Orlov Most bus station</li >
- To get to the gate “Metrostancia”, take the red or yellow line (M1/M4) and travel to MC “Vasil Levski Stadium”
- To get to the gate “Lozenets”, take the red or yellow line (M1/M4) and travel to MC “Vasil Levski Stadium”
After the end of the concert, in the interval 22:00 – 23:30, additional trains are provided, which will be released in case of crowding of people at the metro stations. See more on the website of Sofia metro.
You can use lines 204, 213, 280, 604, 76. From 22:00 to 23:30 on 31.08 bus lines will run with reduced intervals. They are provided and additional reserve buses to be put on extra time on various routes at the dispatcher’s discretion after the concert is over. Keep in mind that Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. will be restricted to car traffic in the period from 12:00 on 31.08, until the end of the concert. Bus and trolley lines will operate along the boulevard until 3:00 p.m.
You can use trams 10, 12, 15 and 18. From 22:00 to 23:30 on 31.08 trams will run at reduced intervals. Tram 10 will take you near the gate Metro station and Gurko.
You can use lines 8, 3, 4, 5, 11. Keep in mind that Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. will be restricted to car traffic in the period from 12:00 on 31.08, until the end of the concert. Bus and trolley lines will operate along the boulevard until 3:00 p.m.
Parking near the stadium is prohibited. At the discretion of Sofia Police Department, Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. will be restricted to car traffic in the period from 12:00 on 31.08, until the end of the concert. Road vehicles will not be able to enter Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. in the section from Dragan Tsankov Blvd. to Orlov Most Square, ensuring the movement of public transport vehicles. If you are traveling from another populated place, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia Metro. The following buffer car parks are available:
- buffer parking at Vasil Levski Stadium metro station. The parking lot has 4 charging stations for electric cars.
- buffer parking at James Boucher tube station
- buffer parking at Beli Dunav metro station
- buffer parking at Tsarigradsko shosse metro station
- buffer parking at metro station “Mizia/NBU”
- buffer parking at Ovcha Kupel II metro station
- Buffer parking at Gorna Banya metro station
All disabled visitors, who have requested access to the event via www.ticketstation.bg and received their tickets, can enter through the Rosarium or Lozenets gates. After entering the event area, our staff will direct you to Sector “B” from where you will be directed to the platform for disabled people on the field. The only accessible entrance for people in wheelchairs is through sector “B”, TUNNEL “B”. You can view the map to get your bearings.
Keep the following facts in mind:
- The platform for disabled people has a limited capacity, which is calculated to accept those visitors who have declared this need through www.ticketstation.bg. If you are disadvantaged and have purchased your ticket on free sale, please head to the seat you have chosen.
- If you need assistance on site, regardless of whether you have submitted a request to us or not, please contact our associates or the security guards.
- Disabled parking will not be available. Unfortunately, the demands of the production and the lack of alternative spots in the stadium prevent us from organizing such an opportunity.

Parking near the stadium is prohibited. At the discretion of the Sofia Police Department, Evlogi and Hristo Georgievi Blvd. will be limited for vehicles from 12:00 on 31.08, until the end of the concert. If you are traveling from another city, we recommend using the buffer parking lots of the Sofia Metro. The following buffer car parks are available:

To gain access to the concert, you must carry your ticket with a clear and undamaged visible barcode. You don’t need to print your ticket. You may need to provide your booking confirmation email. Make sure you have your tickets before you come – it’s best to download them to your phone in pdf format or add them to your wallet, to be independent of internet coverage.
- If all tickets from one reservation are individualized with the ID card names of the respective attendees, you will be able to access the concert without the need for a primary purchaser to be present.
- If all tickets from one booking are in the name of the primary purchaser – then all visitors in the group must come together and be admitted together with the primary purchaser .
IDs will be required for ticket holders upon entry – the document must match the names written after the Visitor field on their ticket.
Acceptable documents are a valid ID card, a valid driver’s license, a valid passport. You can verify the identity of children under the age of 14 by means of a student ID book, student ID card, copy of birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect and process the data from your identity documents. Copies of documents cannot and will not be collected upon entry to the event area.
Items listed below are expressly prohibited on the event area. If you visit the event with an item from the list below, it will be confiscated for security reasons. The organizer is not responsible for the storage of items taken from you. Prepare well and DO NOT COME with items from the list:
- It is prohibited to bring professional filming equipment of any type, incl. GoPro. It is strictly forbidden to use drones on the territory of the event.
- Substances, the use of which is prohibited by law;
- Narcotic substances and paraphernalia for their use;
- Meadow weapons, firearms and other means of self-defense (such as, but not limited to, any size knives, gas guns, pepper spray) or other dangerous objects that can be used as weapons;
- Flammable substances or liquids, including aerosols;
- Markers, sprays;
- Backpacks and bags with a capacity greater than 10 liters or about 35x25x12 cm are expressly prohibited;
- Glass and plastic containers, glass/metal/plastic bottles, metal cups and rigid packaging;
- Food and alcohol imported from outside (except baby food);
- Water for one person in a container larger than 1 liter – the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
- Umbrellas – if it rains, please take a raincoat; banners, torches, sticks (including selfie sticks);
- Bulky objects, chairs, boxes, mats, sleeping bags and tents;
- Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, electric scooters and other vehicles;
- Lasers, glow sticks;
- Noise-producing devices – whistles, bells, etc.;
- Chain belts, wrap-around straps and studded belts (conical studs);
Only a small amount of personal belongings and clothes are allowed on the event territory. For your convenience, we are adding a list of some allowed things that you may have questions about:
- Sunscreen;
- Repellent (protection against insect bites) – NOT in the form of an aerosol/in a pressurized package;
- Lighter;
- Cigarettes/E-cigarettes (note that smoking is PROHIBITED inside the stadium)
- up to 1 liter plastic water bottle – the cap of your bottle will be removed at the entrance;
- Medications (asthma spray, pills, etc.);
- External phone charging battery (powerbank);
- Contact lens solution;
- Hand sanitizer;
- Up to 2 insulin syringes (NOT a normal syringe, but one with a very short needle);
- A small bottle of insulin;
COMPANY REQUIREMENTS
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Each companion must submit a filled companion declaration that is available for download at this link. The companion declaration does not need notarization. A companion declaration must be completed, printed and presented upon entry to the event area in all cases, regardless of whether you are the child’s parent or not.
CHILD IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You can verify the identity of children under the age of 14 with a student ID book, student ID card, copy of birth certificate. Fest Team does not collect and process the data from your identity documents. Copies of documents cannot and will not be collected upon entry to the event area.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We remind you that the age restrictions are as follows:
- For the “Standing” sector – no persons under the age of 14 are allowed on the field.
- For all seated sectors – no children under 6 years of age are allowed
In the event that you have purchased a ticket for a child of an age that is not allowed in the relevant sector, exceptionally and at your own risk, you will be allowed into the event area, but note this may create conditions for accidents, especially in the “Standing” sector . We recommend that you sell your tickets on TicketSwap and purchase appropriate passes appropriate to the age of the children you plan to attend the concert with.
Repeatedly entering and exiting the event area during the is prohibited. This means that if you have already entered the event area through any of the four gates, it is not possible to exit and re-enter. Note that after entering, you will have access to the festival area around Vasil Levski Stadium. You will be able to move freely between your seat and the stadium area, as long as you do not exit through any of the gates, at any time until the end of the show.
It is forbidden to bring food and drinks of any type into the event, with the exception of baby food and water in containers up to 1 liter per person. Your bottle cap will be removed at the entrance. Upon entering the event area, you will have access to food and beverage areas.
Smoking conventional or electronic cigarettes, vapes, etc. on the territory of the National Stadium “V. Levski” is completely prohibited. Smoking is allowed in the festival area OUTSIDE the field of the National Stadium.
Tickets for the concert have been sent to all LEAD PURCHASERS between August 16 – 18, 2024. It is the lead purchaser’s commitment to ship the tickets and all received instructions to each of the visitors for whom they have purchased tickets. Tickets are NOT sent to all visitors from one reservation. Make sure you have your tickets before you come to the event – it’s best to download them to your phone in pdf format or to your wallet so you independent of internet coverage.

You can offer your ticket for sale on TicketSwap – the only official way to resell tickets for the event. On this page you will find detailed instructions on how this happens are available.
Any Ed Sheeran ticket offered for resale elsewhere, online or offline (including Viagogo or any other unauthorized source, including all secondary ticketing websites) will result in cancellation of the entire original reservation. The original purchaser and their group will be denied access and any other purchases they own will also be voided.
If you wish to change the name of a visitor from a specific ticket you own, you can use the “Private Listing” feature in TicketSwap. In this case, you will be able to sell the ticket to a specific person indicated by you. Note that TicketSwap deducts a 5% seller service fee for this action. Buyer is charged a 6% service fee and a 3% transaction fee. The person you specify will have to pay the ticket price you set. The Minimum price for which you can sell a ticket in TicketSwap is BGN 9.00. The maximum value is the value at which you purchased your ticket.
- If all tickets from one reservation are individualized with the ID card names of the respective attendees, you will be able to access the concert without the need for a lead purchaser to be present.
- If all tickets from one booking are in the name of the lead purchaser – then all visitors in the group must come together and be admitted together with the lead purchaser .

If you have lost access to your Ticket Station account, use the “Forgot password” link. If this also does not work, please contact the Bulgarian customer service department at e-mail info@ticketstation.bg .
Tickets are nominal and you will be asked to present a valid ID upon arrival. If the data does not match, you will not be admitted to the event. You could only change names on a ticket by selling through the only authorized secondary ticket market platform for the event – TicketSwap.

Make sure you have your tickets before you come to the event! Please make sure your phone is fully charged and you have DOWNLOADED your tickets before you come or as a last resort you have printed tickets to avoid such situations. Of course, if something happens beyond your control, please go to the Ticket Station counters where colleagues will try to help you find your order.

The central ticket office will be located at the “Gurko” gate. Remember, DO NOT buy a ticket from someone you don’t know personally on the street OR from an unauthorized secondary ticketing website. Do not buy BRACELETS or other similar items – you will be denied access.
If you wish, you can print the received tickets yourself. Please note that this is not a prerequisite for attending the concert. We recommend that you do not print your ticket, and save it to your smartphone. You can also add your ticket to Apple Wallet.
The area around the perimeter of Vasil Levski National Stadium, immediately after you pass through some of the four access gates, will be designated as special festival area. After entering, you will be able to purchase fast food (burgers, sandwiches, packaged snacks), soft drinks, water, alcoholic drinks (beer) and others. Please, note that payments are only possible with personal contactless cards. At two spots – next to the Rozairum gate, and between the Gurko and Metrostation gates, you will be able to find official merch of the visiting artists. You will be able to move freely between your seat and the stadium area, as long as you do not leave through any of the gates, at any time until the end of the show.
We remind you that passing through the gates is one time per day. It is not possible to exit through a gate and return later – you will be denied access!

Food and beverage payments can be made ONLY with personal contactless cards, regardless of their issuer. Cash payments are not accepted. Get your personal contactless card to make payments during the event.
Payments in the merch area can be made by cash (BGN only!) or with a personal contactless card.
After entering, you will be able to purchase fast food (burgers, sandwiches, packaged snacks), soft drinks, water, low alcohol drinks (beer) and others. Payments are possible only using your personal contactless cards.
Yes, there will be merch zones with official Ed Sheeran items at two spots – next to the Rosairum gate and between the Gurko and Metrostation gates. Take a look at the map to get your bearings. Please note that payments in the merch area will be made in cash (BGN only!) or with a personal contactless card.
