Manowar’s 04.07 concert in Plovdiv was cancelled and you can now apply for a refund no later than Dec 31 2021

Like we already shared with you, Manowar’s concert in 2022 in Plovdiv was cancelled due to the band’s statements which prevent us from working in a conflict-free environment.

If you have purchased your tickets at an EasyPay physical desk, you must fill a refund form.  In 10 working days starting the date of your request, you will receive your refund on the Bank account you have given to us. Please, keep in mind that you must submit your request no later than December 31 2021.

In order to get a refund, you must provide us with the following information: 

• Bank account number (IBAN)
• Bank account number owner’s names;
• Total amount paid for your tickets.

To enter the form, you must enter your ticket number, written above the QR-code (8 symbols, e.g. QWERTY22, see image)

Good news – if you have bought your ticket online and have paid via POS or a debit card, you don’t need to do anything to get a refund. In 10 working days, starting Nov 15 2021, the whole amount you have paid for tickets will be automatically refunded to your card regardless how many tickets you’ve purchased.

if there’s an issue with your account…
If you wish, you can send us a bank account number different than the one standing behind the card you used to pay in order to get a refund. This, however, must happen no later than 16:00 on Friday, Nov 12 2021. If you wish to do such change, please e-mail us at info@ticketstation.bg providing us with the following information: 

• Ticket number(s) (8 symbols, i.e QWERTY22, next to the QR-code)
• Bank account number (IBAN)
• Names of the bank account number owner;
• Total amount of money paid for the tickets.

We’ll get back to you asap with a confirmation on the change.
Please, keep in mind that if you don’t need to change anything, you don’t have to do anything after reading this e-mail – a refund will be on its way after Nov 15 2021.

tickets bought at Na Tamno stores

If you have bought your ticket at Na Tamno, you can get your refund only at the spot you got your ticket from. Visit the store, bringing your ticket, no later than Dec 31 2021.
