Dear friends,
Thank you for your unwavering support and patience over the past few months. Our team is working hard together with our partners from the municipality of Plovdiv, sponsors, media partners, and foundation “Plovdiv 2019” to make Bulgaria’s favorite rock festival happen again this summer. But we regret to inform you that the HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV festival will be postponed until 2024. We apologize for not being able to respond to all your messages and inquiries regarding its future, the truth is one that we have been working hard until the very end to make the festival happen this year.
But it has proven to be a real challenge to provide a quality music program in the current economic climate, and we at the Fest Team are not prepared to sacrifice the quality of our festival. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that it is best to focus our efforts on providing the necessary foundation for a stable continuity of HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV festival next year instead of offering you a compromise line-up this year.
Over the last few years, together with our partners, we have dedicated all our efforts and resources to provide a first-class music festival with high quality of program and production and accompanying entertainment that our audiences deserve and look forward to. We know you’ve been waiting for some big news and we hope to be able to share it with you soon.
We want to sincerely thank you for your support during the past editions of the festival, which allowed us to develop with each subsequent year. Thank you for both the kind words and the criticism – this is how we grow together! We are committed to uphold the principles that make HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV unique and to respect your love of music and your presence that made it all possible.
We have the ambition in 2024 to organize the strongest HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV to date. The bands that you wanted and for which we are already in negotiations are huge names – a dream of every devoted rock and metal fan, and we will share the dates with you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to overcome the existing obstacles and aim to bring back your favorite festival HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV 2024.
Those of you who have purchased tickets for the festival can choose to return them by December 31, 2023 or keep them for next year, when prices for HILLS OF ROCK – PLOVDIV 2024 will surely change to make the festival happen world-class you expect and deserve.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- You can apply for a refund no later than 31.12.2023 by filling the form at festteam.bg/. If you do not submit your query until 31.12.2023, you will only be able to use your HILLS OF ROCK 2023 promotional tickets at the HILLS OF ROCK 2024 PLOVDIV event, without any further actions or re-validations needed.
If you choose to receive a refund, you will have your money back in 14 working days after filling the form at festteam.bg/. - If you’ve purchased a HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2023 ticket from a physical location, please, e-mail info@ticketstation.bg to get your reservation number. Refunds will not be placed on site but only using the form above, filled no later than 31.12.2023.
- If you choose to keep your tickets, you will have regular access for the HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV event in 2024. You can access the event with your 2023 tickets without any further re-validation needed. Dates and artists for 2024 are yet to be announced. We expect this to happen between September and December 2023.
- If you’ve purchased a HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2023 ticket from a physical location, you can apply for a refund at the spot you’ve bought your ticket no later than 31.12.2023, or to fill the form to use your ticket for HILLS OF ROCK PLOVDIV 2024.
The following procedure follows the General Terms of Fest Team. For anything not mentioned above, please refer to the General Terms which you have agreed to with your ticket purchase. More info about HILLS OF ROCK 2024 will be available at hillsofrock.com.
